November 2011
PKE FM - From Business Idea to Implementation
Our origin story is legendary. The first business plan was designed by our managing director Ing. Hartwig Willfort on a napkin in a Viennese café and developed further until 31.01.2012.
February 2012
Company Foundation
From the idea to an independent company on the market, it took just three months. Ten years ago, we started with great enthusiasm, unbroken pioneering spirit, and a small dedicated team.
October 2012
Quality Management
Quality has been our focus from the beginning. Since 2012, PKE Facility Management GmbH has been ISO certified and has gained further certifications in energy and customer satisfaction management over the years.
February 2012 - January 2022
Company Development
From starting with our team of 30 employees, we now offer over 400 employees a secure workplace and an exciting field of activity.
October 2019
FM Certification
We are particularly proud to be the first company in Austria to receive the ISO certificate 41001:2018 as an industry-specific extension of our quality management system.
September 2021
Company Merger
The PKE family expanded in 2021 through the merger with HYPO NOE First Facility GmbH. We look forward to moving into the future together with our strengthened team.
